Our smooth Signature Milk Chocolate block- A classic for a reason.
All of our chocolate is bean-to-bar, which means we control every ingredient and the quality of what goes into our chocolate. Our milk chocolate beans are hand picked before being slow roasted, then the outer shell is removed and the inner cacao is stoneground for over 40 hours. We then temper our chocolate and place it into moulds to set, resulting in a clean, smooth and delicious end product. YUM!
